Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Gatineau - Ottawa, an IHG Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The property was exceptionally clean, family-friendly, and well-stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a convenient and relaxing stay. We booked a standard room with double beds and a standing shower, and it was thoughtfully designed. It featured a desk with a study light, a TV, hooks for jackets and bags, a comfortable armchair, a spacious nightstand with built-in lighting and charging ports, a bench, and a standing closet with hangers. Additional conveniences included an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, body mirror, coffee maker, microwave, and a dresser for storage. The large window had double blinds for maximum privacy and light control, but the room was also well-lit with multiple lighting options. Overall, it was a well-equipped and comfortable space that made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and well-appointed hotel!

Breakfast was included and lots of staff to help out. Pool facilities and gym was clean.

The bed was really nice. The room was big. Breakfast was good. And the soaps and lotions in the bathroom were really nice.

Easy check in and out. Emilie was great. She was friendly and helpful with any of our request and inquiries. Hotel was in a good location for the event we needed to go to… the taxis were super accessible. One of the main reasons I booked HI was the FREE BREAKFAST! I did not have to worry about my children’s breakfast.

Room was tidy, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had lovely amenities. The express breakfast had many options and the coffee was pleasant and appealing with the ability to choose from mild to intense flavour.
